2 Ingredient Pizza Dough


The crust on a pizza determines how the pizza is going to taste. Homemade dough should be no different. This dough is easy to make and the texture is soft and spongy.


1 ¾ cup Self-raising flour

1 cup PLAIN yogurt

½ cup Pizza sauce

1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated

12 slices Salami/ pepperoni


Preheat the oven 200°C

Mix the flour and yogurt till well blended.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough till it’s round and 1mm thick. The mixture makes a large pizza base. Place on a baking tray.

Spread the pizza sauce, sprinkle the cheese and lay the salami/ pepperoni evenly over the pizza.

Bake for 20 – 25 minutes till the ends harden and change to a light brown colour.

Remove from the oven, slice into 8 pieces and serve.

Tip: Tomato puree can also be used on the base, less is more.
