Peanut Butter Biscuits


These biscuits are a hit with the children and super economical.


350ml Flour

2ml Baking powder

2ml Bicarb of soda

1ml Salt

100g Stork margerine

100ml White sugar

100ml Brown sugar

1 Egg

25ml Peanut butter


Oven 180° and grease a baking sheet. Line it with parchment paper.

Sift the dry ingredients together and add the remaining ingredients, mix well.

Roll out walnut size balls, place on the parchment sheet and press down with a fork.

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool.


*** TIP *** To keep biscuits fresh a little longer, fold a piece of parchment paper and place it on the bottom of the storage container.
