Simple to make and ubber delicious. An excellent idea for a lunch box or snack on the go.
250g dates, pitted
1cup raw almonds
150g mixed seeds
1tsp ground cinnamon
In a pot, add water to the dates, sprinkle the cinnamon and bring to boil. Remove and mash with fork. Be careful, its very hot.
In a mixing bowl, add oats, cranberries, nuts, seeds, cornflakes and mashed dates. Mixed well together. Be careful the dates are hot!
In a medium, long pyrex dish, press mixture into the dish.
Drizzle honey over it.
Bake at 180 for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, slice and leave to cool.
