These tarts are quick and super delish..
Ready made shortcrust pastry
4Tbs Castor sugar
1tsp Vanilla paste
120g Sour cream
Zest of an orange
Defrost the pastry to room temperature. Unroll, sprinkle cinnamon on it and turn it over.
Roll it length ways with the cinnamon on top. Cut the strip into 6 equal pieces.
Take the piece of dough, turn upwards and squash down with your hand. Do this to all the pieces and place into the muffin tin. Pull the dough up a little to form a cup.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients well.
Remove the cups from the oven, and using a teaspoon, flatten the sides a little to make space for the filling. Pour the filling in.Bake for a further 10 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
