Week 3 – Easy does it!

The good thing about Jason Vale’s SUPER JUICE ME app are the various juices and smoothies. I must admit, juicing has become a lot easier and the more you juice the more you look forward to the next juice. In the 3rd week, your cravings are a thing of the past, your crave healthy food, exercise and the feeling of general well being is amazing.

I know I have said this a few times or maybe I haven’t but I have to stress that you will really feel a difference. Your insides feel cleaner, your excretory bits don’t smell as they did in the past. Your mouth feels fresher and the need to brush your teeth at every moment fades away. 

You are in this challenge alone and all I can say is; DO NOT GIVE UP. The end result will amaze you and the desire to go on is quite overwhelming. If possible do exercise whilst you on your juicing challenge. This will definitely get those kilos falling off. 

A very good friend of mine, and also a chiropractor once told me, 30 minutes of exercise every day reduces your risk of dreaded disease by 60%. Amazing numbers…. so a walk around the block or even weeding your garden can add to your weight loss success…
